Regal Hospitality Group’s Food and Beverage Consulting Services is designed to answer the following questions for the hotel management team.

  1. How are the associates really treating the hotel guests?

  2. Are the hotel’s operational standards being complied with?

  3. Are my associates following our company policies?

  4. Are the associates properly handling company funds?

  5. Is the service, quality and cleanliness to prescribed standards?

 

Knowing the answers to these questions is critical for hotel management because it determines the level of honesty displayed by the associates. It also determines the true experience that the guest has while visiting your hotel’s food & beverage facilities.

Program Design

 

As a Hotel Operator or Food Service Management Professional you may find that your true needs are to monitor your food and beverage outlets to determine if your associates are honest and are properly handling your company’s cash and products. Our programs assist in this and aids in your food and beverage process management.

 

This Food & Beverage Quality Assessment is available at a reasonable cost to you so that multiple audits can be conducted on a regular frequency.

 

 

The Visitation

 

Once we have the program in place our experienced Food and Beverage Consultants conduct anonymous visitations to your pre determined hotel food and beverage facilities at a frequency depending on your needs.

 

The consultant will dine in your food and beverage outlets and will assess the quality, cleanliness, service, and integrity of the staff and facility. They will pay cash when appropriate and the consultant will collect data concerning check numbers, times,  and names of associates they had contact with.

 

The Report

 

Are the hotel’s operational standards being complied with?The detailed report will be available for your viewing approximately 48 hours after the consultant has departed the hotel.

 

The report will consist of a quantified checklist and narratives of the consultant’s experiences while in each food and beverage outlets. Your final report will consist of modules that encompass dates, times, check numbers, liquor pour counts, cash handling, guest interaction and quality of product, service as well as the cleanliness of the facility.

 

Follow Up

 

Your account manager will be available immediately after the report is posted so we may answer any questions you may have about the consultant’s visit.
